If there’s one thing that separates us dogs from the lesser pets, it’s the way we commit. There’s a reason why people say “dogged determination” and not “catted” — it’s because when dogs start a task, we see it through. Like when my human told me to fetch the stick. Did I stand there questioning why he wanted it? No, sir, I did not. All that mattered was that I had my job and I was honor-bound to do it. Doggo takes the job very seriously. And adorably. And messily.
What a face and what a fetch!! It’s either the greatest so proud or f… you moment for the dog. Just glad I don’t have to clean it up.
Still prefer this over the bloody headless ‘gifts’ that I used to receive.
