Love the slimmed-down fur babies! Everybody looks so much happier now that they can move more easily.
Goat blowing raspberries made me laugh and that has been in short supplies here today, my mother in law passed away suddenly last evening.
She was in palliative care but we didn’t expect her to go for a while yet. My sister in law had spent the day with her and she was fine, she left at 6h30pm and they called her an hour later to say her mother was agitated and talking about God, my sister in law called my husband and they went there together, it took them maybe 15 minutes to get there and she was already gone when they arrived.

So sorry for your loss. No matter how expected, it’s always hard. Hugs to both of you. October seems to be a rough month already with DebG’s dad, your MIL, and last week my husband’s 95 yr old grandfather passed. I’m hoping that’s the end of things for now.
