Look, I’ve been in this business hundreds of years, so I’ve seen just about every hazard. Chimneys too small, homeowners with shotguns, you name it. But last Christmas nearly killed me. You can pack mace, you can wear Kevlar, but nothing will prepare you for the fiery gaze of… Laser Kitty.

Uh, Santa? I don’t think those are Christmas lights…
DO NOT GO TOWARDS THE LIGHT! IF YOU SEE A LIGHT, GO IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!
I’m more concerned about those teeth than I am about the lasers.
And we thought mail carriers and delivery personnel were the only ones watching out for aggressive pets. Now Santa has to look out for Laser Kitty. Maybe he carries a laser deflector.
Mike, hope you, Teddy and your bunny (sorry, I forgot her name), have a very Merry Christmas and have the opportunity to be with other family members or good friends.
There better be tuna and cat toys in that bag if you want to leave here in one piece fat man!
I was prepping the turkey to stuff in the oven at o-dark-thirty tomorrow morning, and it occurred to me to put the giblets in the fridge for a few days, in case my owl pops by.
Duckie is watching me set up the tree, and she has never looked more baffled and curious.
I’m trying to imagine someone seeing ^this^ without context. What on earth they would make of it?
“In Case My Owl Pops By” – for some reason I want this to be an early 20th century music hall song.
😳😂🤣 Brilliant, Alice!
Snort laugh, this is too funny. Maybe Santa needs hazard pay.
Peeps, a Christmas Eve laugh.
I was talking with hubby earlier, and I offered to have a bath ready for him when he gets home, after he was shoveling snow all day. I asked if he would want coffee, and he said no, but he would love some hot chocolate. We have a variety of flavoured hot chocolates, so I asked him which one. He said Duckie flavoured, and had to hang up.
He is not aware of the fact that I have several extra packets of hot chocolates that are different colours, and I selected the turquoise one, as it matches Duckie’s feathers perfectly. Hubby will get his Duckie hot chocolate, but I will have the last laugh.
😂 I am highly intrigued by the idea of turquoise hot chocolate…off to google…

Interesting! Tempted to get them for my friend’s kids, but they’re out of stock. I’ll have to keep it in mind for another occasion.
