I feel pretty much like these penguins right now, the Government has just announced a new lockdown, no more gym, theatre or visiting friends and family. Restaurants have to completely close their dining room starting tomorrow at 5 pm and there’s a curfew from 10 pm to 5 am starting tomorrow New Year’s Eve with a $1000 fine for anyone caught outside between those hours.

Sorry, Georgiana. It seems as though governments can’t find the middle ground between total lockdown and total denial. Unfortunately, the denial places will still affect the lockdown places.
I agree…I’d rather just watch the movie from my couch.
The pair will probably happier not being on camera. I wonder why they really aren’t with the rest of the colony ( if that’s what you call a large group of penguins)?

Folks, my fellow Coloradans could use your good wishes. There’s a big fire raging and it’s already displaced people in two towns. It’s a few miles away from work, so I’m extra worried.

As for penguins, watching those two hesitating at a little water and thinking of all those videos of penguins hurtling themselves off rocks into pounding, icy surf. The mind boggles!
