Awww-some links today. I love at the beginning of the foster dog video, when she moves his head and there’s a teeny tiny kitten all curled up. Just wow on the jaguarundi cub, so happy the powers that be recognized the danger she’d be in by staying in the wild and took her to a sanctuary. Stalking dog is funny but a lil too freaky for me. Love little voids, used to have one myself. When he was a kitten, his favorite activity was climbing up legs – panted or not.
The void my parents are taking care of wants nothing more than to play with the fishing pole toy (it has some ribbons and one of those fuzzy wiggly things on it; he looks so proud when he catches it and will march down the hall with it in his mouth) and will cry when they put it away. I stopped to pick up my computer last night after running some errands and apparently he had tired himself out with crying over it (because my parents had the audacity to put it away so they could make dinner) because he was sound asleep in the chair and didn’t even notice I was there.
Voids like their toys. When I’m WFH, Scorpius sometimes starts meowing at me because he wants me to wave his wand toy. It’s the best toy ever for a recovering feral.

He’s got plenty of other toys to play with, too. But I guess he likes the challenge of catching the moving one.
Fantastic links! That animated void reduced me to goo–may be the cutest kitten I’ve ever seen. Jaguarundi cub is lovely. Foster goggie and his mom are so generous and loving. And stalker dog!!! OMG, it’s like living with the Hound of the Baskervilles, who eventually goes vegetarian. I almost hurt myself laughing at Steven’s antics.
Many thanks for the good wishes yesterday. The fire seems to be under control now that winds have died down. They’re no longer evacuating people. But I’m heartbroken for the folks who have lost their homes. It’s the worst fire in Colorado’s history, and that’s saying something.
