Thank goodness for this site and all the cutie pies this morning, otherwise I think I’d be drinking. I’m having a Monday on a Friday. Roommate started a new job this morning and right about the time he’s supposed to leave, he can’t find his keys. Major crisis mode activated!!! After about 20 minutes of searching and letting his job know he’s running late, I call an Uber for him and send him on his way. Meanwhile I’m now late getting ready and know I’m going to miss my usual trolley. No biggie, I’ll grab a quick shower and catch the next one. About this time, the shower curtain rod (only a tension rod) which has a few shirts hanging on it to dry (and I’ve done this before with no problems) decides to collapse. I have no time to deal with it so I just throw on some clothes, get my stuff, and head out the door. Turn the corner and the trolley I wanted to take is already in the station. So, have to wait 10-15 minutes for another one. And this was all before 8 am today. So, late to work, no shower, and probably have to leave early to meet roommate to open up the house. Because no way am I giving him my keys!! This day can only get better, fingers crossed.
Watch out for drive-by-whapping. Apparently it’s on the rise.
Watch Benny the wonder-lab on his skates, and you’ll feel much better. Though I’m enclosing virtual hugs too.
Benny is such a joy. Even if he cheats with double blades.

Thanks Duckie for that giggle. And thanks everyone, I’m doing much better. Getting some work done. And god help me, I just turned over my keys to my roommate so he can get in the house. I told him don’t lose them since we don’t have another set and hubby is 5 hours away on a work job.
Sacha and Cosmo are unbearably cute together. And now I’m in love with Audrey and her fabulous family. Plus I’d like a cockatoo crest to clearly signal my moods.
