Great stuff this morning! Such sweet kids to write stories to help doggos get adopted. Every shelter should institute a program like that. Kittens and laps go together like bread and butter.
When we were at the club meetup over the weekend, one of our friends had her dog there, a very sweet dark gray house hippo named Drago. I pulled out a chair to sit down and he got so focused. It was like lap??? LAP??? I got to go get on the lap! He managed about 1/2 way on because he’s a little large, lol.
Oh goodness. trash can kitty cracked me up. On first viewing, I’m like oh that’s cute, then the leave me alone me move did me in.

Front half, he also wanted scritchies. Probably would have made it all the way into my lap if he wasn’t attached to a leash and if the chair was bigger.
