Cat rescued from airport, elephant rescued from manhole, military dog comes home, cats of Cyprus, and more.
And finally: It’s in the Beanbag

If I had a beanbag chair that size relative to my body, I would fwumf into it on the regular.
My friend’s son has sensory processing issues and they got him a big bean bag to fwumf into when he was little.
A few years ago I had a date with a guy at a pub where there was a whole section with bean bag chairs.
Although it was amusing, it killed the romantic mood pretty quickly as we were watching people trying to crawl out of the chair with some alcohol in the system.
To be fair, even if I remained sober I didn’t manage to get out of the chair gracefully either 🙂
I had to watch the cat head-first into the bag chair a couple of times after it surprised a chuckle out of me!
Any story of rescues is always near to my heart💙 and I love that the elephants are so free. That river looks like great fun!
Sea lion-loving dog is great! That one sea lion looked like it was coming back after the dog barked.
I was totally confused by everyone else’s elephant responses, cos that’s not what I saw.🤔
Went back to the site and discovered I watched the video at the TOP of the post, that didn’t belong with it at all! Sheesh!
Welcome home, Rowdy! Welcome home, dear Akim and thank you for your service.
Couldn’t bear to watch video of the baby heffalump–so glad he and mom are safe now.
Love the beanbag cat, though I’m pretty sure it’s actually a red panda.
Have to save other linkies for later.
Lots of good feels today, nice way to start the weekend. Bean bag cat is hilarious, love how just his tail is showing after each leap.
I saw the story of the baby elephant yesterday, the poor mother had to be tranquilized so they could get to the baby but she slipped head first in the hole. They managed to pulled her out but they had to to CPR on her, that was done by people jumping on her ribcage!
Happily both mother and baby are fine and went back to the jungle.
CPR! What an overwhelming day for everyone!
