Beano consented to petpets this morning, but she won’t get out from under the daybed. Poor baby.
She accepted pets that’s good, I’m sure she’ll come out when she’s ready.
Agree, she’s adjusting on her own schedule. Having someone familiar nearby helps.
Hubby feeling better, except for a cough that threatens to turn him inside out. I have a sore throat, so am not expecting to avoid this after all. And Duckie, not to be left out, is grumbling because the water in her dish is upside down.
Glad Beano is doing a bit better.

Great links today! That bleb, I thought it was stuck. Marmot had the right idea, might be mad it was shipped back to US. Happy that Beano is somewhat found but not coming out. Hope your sore throat Duckie is just allergies.
Update on BIL – amazingly he is still with us, stable for the moment but the situation is critical. I’m not sure how much more his body can tolerate. I’ll keep everyone posted and thanks so much for the good thoughts.

I’m amazed by the size and complexity of the international effort to rescue the marmot and return it to its home in Colorado fromToronto .
I’m amazed at the dollar amount involved.
Surprised that they didn’t just drive down to the Buffalo border and kick him over the border. Or worse, put him in a barrel.
