And so I found myself trapped and alone, stalked by the ravenous, bloodthirsty beast. Its razor sharp claws scraped on the cold stone floor as its snarls and hisses grew ever closer. I had one chance at survival: to find the perfect hiding place.

You just know kitten has big eyes surrounded by white fur, and a purr that makes the house tremble. No wonder poor puppers is scared. I’m shaking myself… with laughter.
Same! 🤣
All I see is a little kitten and a table…am I missing something?
I read some of the comments on the reddit post and someone (who said they are a vet tech) said dogs aren’t really afraid of the baby, they’re afraid the baby’s mom is around somewhere and will come after them.
This makes a great deal of sense, but I think it *might* depend on the context of a dog’s past experience. How much is instinctual and how much is learned? Beats me. Still cute.
Makes sense, that’s why you never go play with bear cubs in the woods.
We should not be too quick to laugh at the pup’s caution. Remember the crocodile who retreated back into the lake or river when confronted by a kitteh!
I had to look away. You hate to see this kind of thing.
PS it’s hard to type when you’re shaking with laughter.
Yes that’s right pupper, if you can’t see it then it can’t see you.
Nopeity nope. If I don’t see you, you don’t see me.
Kittens – terrible in their wrath!
