That brings back memories of my sister and I fighting in the back seat of the car on long vacation trips.
– She’s on my side! – She’s touching me! – She’s looking at me! She pinched me!
And it would go on until dad would just shout “stop it both of you” and we would freeze for a good 20 minutes before the whole thing started again.
Oh…I remember those times! We went on 13-15 hour trips every summer for 15 years. Usually it was my mom yelling tho. My Dad was much quieter in his discipline from the driver’s seat.
Mom’s like, “I’m too tired for this ish.”
Meow! What a cat fight!! Talk about sibling rivalry and survival of the fittest. That was some serious level 10 whapping. I was laughing so hard I was crying. All I could think of was Mad Max, Beyond Thunderdome – two men enter, one man leaves.
And I remember well the road trips in the family car. We were actually banned from playing the game Mille Bornes because we fought so much over it. How anyone survived those car rides is beyond me.
Oh wow I had forgotten Mille Bornes, we used to play it all the time on camping trips and it was raining.
Loved how Mom and Tabby just slept through the whole thing. It must be hard to fight when your eyes aren’t open.
In my childhood, we owned a Ford pickup with a top on the back. Mom and Dad would firmly settle my brother and me into the back (no seat belts, of course) and climb into the cab, where they didn’t have to listen to us argue.

I hate to be a nuffer but there’s a sad story behind this video. Only three months ago this young cat gave birth to a litter of four, three of which were stillborn. The father of both litters is a munchkin, as is the only survivor of the first litter, and munchkins are prone to health problems. All the cats look well cared for but the owner has obviously never heard the admonition to “spay and neuter your pets”.
