Kitty looks absolutely shocked at the new appendages.
I can relate to the crocodile. Is a little consideration really so much to ask?

Really hoping the bear people don’t listen to TikTok advice–that bear should not be made a pet. (Though I can see the appeal–bear is really cute with its bedhead look.)

The orange cat in the photo for the link to the Quirky Cat Photograph looks like he’s trying to catch the snowflakes falling on the screen on his tongue.

Great posts for this very rainy Mon. So happy Huxley found a home and a BFF. Goofy cats and birds gave me a laugh. I’m glad my deck isn’t tall enough to shelter a bear but think it’s pretty cool that the homeowners are letting them stay. It has now been raining non-stop for 12 hours plus. Thankfully our house is on higher ground or I’d be saying send boats. Looks like I’m hunkered down for today, good thing theres’s home and cooking projects to do.

This is why I’m always glad I live on a little hill. When we get tons of rain and streets and yards around me are flooded, I stay dry!
Kitty discovering back feet😂

AJ, stay safe. I can’t even imagine southern Cal getting so much rain–when I lived there in the 90s, we never had such storms. We’d get three weeks of soggy weather every winter, but the rain would stop and start.

Yep, that’s gonna be us. And it’s supposed to keep raining until tomorrow. We did have a few breaks but it’s mainly been alternating between a light drizzle and good grief someone opened a tap downpours.

Kitty feets! Wondrous! Whee!
The comment on bird photo #24 gave me an extra giggle.
Happy for rescued ram, agog at gator rage, and happy that bears cannot hibernate under my apartment building.

The croco has just given me a great idea. I have a neighbour who usually mows his lawn at 5 in the morning in summer.

I cannot imagine casually walking back and forth over a hibernating bear. So happy for Huxley

Huxley! There aren’t words. What a sweetie! Plus his girlfriend Josephine reminds me of beloved girl, whom I still miss so much.

I don’t blame Elvis, have wanted to destroy a few gardening motors myself.
