Eagle hatches rock, kitten gets a pal, dog mothers guinea pigs, and a cat with a spring in its step.
And finally: Boi-EEENG!

I just watched that cat jump about ten times. He’s so nonchalant afterward, too. ๐๐
The rest will have to wait until later.
The cat jump needs to be on a loop! I too watched it many times!
If you watch it on twitter directly it should loop (click on the date/time below the video and it’ll open the twitter page).
That cat jump IS amazing! Looks like someone pulled her up with string, then let go!
Rottweiler and Guinea pigs are so cute. It is amazing that she is so gentle with them. I wonder if they wheek less cos she is around? (Having a major-wheeking GP, this is a concern of mine!)
Those two kitties are adorable! I love when animals find their best friendโบ๏ธ
Just looking at the pic, arenโt eagle legs weird?
awwwww! Yes, poor confused guy…
Murphy, that kid is gonna be more trouble than a rock! Just sayin.
Love Angel and Benny so very much.
Boing cat is perfect.
Ha! ๐ (I’ll stick to pet rocks, thanks.)
Are eagles related to kangaroos?
Really? Not one comment about incubating a sprinkler??? ๐
I missed that! Itโs not the eagle trying to hatch a rock ( which speaks volumes about a desire for babies but not much for powers of observation)?
I was just scrolling through the youtube app on my phone and came across a link to the eagle story from the NYT; one commenter said, “His previous child was a stepping stone for this role.” ๐

Eagle story is so heart-warming. Glad he has a real chick and not just a rock. Bouncy cat is amazing! Would not believe it if I hadn’t seen it. And yes, it does look like cat is levitating.
I have to admit, something about rottie’s make me pause but this one is so gentle with her babies.
The only rottie I ever knew personally belonged to a coworker; I met her at a Christmas party he had one year and she was very sweet. Not bothered by all the people in the house, either.
But I wouldn’t approach a random rottie…
They’re huge and built like trucks. All the ones I’ve met have been sweeties, but all it takes is a moment of excess enthusiasm to really ruin your day.
