Goat is lucky that horse is chill, lol. What a silly problem to create for yourself.

It’s not mine; heard it on the Up First podcast this morning.

I am assuming the tangle got untangled? Yikes.
But yes, what a tricky situation! 🤣

Congrats to Breezy and her mom. Breezy is a stunner! And so lucky.

Sorry about Cheems. That photo is hilarious.

Drax honey, we’ve all been there. Good luck with your diet.

This west coast peep is ok. Smoky skies make breathing difficult, but the temperature is cooler. Now I understand how meteor debris in the air can block the sun, causing an ice age.
Praying for rain. Maybe some on Wednesday.

Thanks for checking in, Duckie. Hope everybody else is safe too.

I’ve read that the meteor that ended the Cretaceous flung debris so high that it left the atmosphere, traveling huge distances in vacuum like ballistic missiles. Then when it reentered, there was so much of it that the sky over much of the world became a vast broiler. Much of dinosauria went extinct in an afternoon. I think about this sometimes when stuck in traffic.

Checking in from SoCal. We’re fine just lots and lots of rain yesterday. Had some breezy weather last night but that was it. It was actually more like Hurriquaknado – all the rain from the storm PLUS the quake up by Los Angeles PLUS a tornado warning (the ones that state seek shelter NOW) a little east of me. Exciting weekend! Oh and had a landslide on the 8 freeway that connects San Diego with AZ. Thankfully no cars were involved and it looked like only one lane was blocked. Good part is I got to work from home today. Then my connection to all the shared folders went kaput. That’s when I said I’m done, I’m taking the rest of the day as vacation time.

Poor doggo and the doggy door, from one extreme to the other. Goat and horse had me cracking up. Both animals were kinda like could ya put the camera down and get this sorted??

AJ, we’re sending good thoughts and healing purrs from Colorado. What a series of unfortunate adventures.

Thanks for the positive energy. I’ll just have to play catch up at work tomorrow, not that big a deal. With all the enforced down time this weekend, I did get a chance to clean and switch out living room rugs. I now have these marvelous ones from buymymagiccarpet.com. They’re waterproof (or water-resistant), skidproof and best of all, washable! I’m recommending them to everyone. They’re on the thinner side but that means you can layer them over wall to wall carpet if needed.
