This is Butch and sometimes his tongue retractor malfunctions. He sat like this for a good five minutes.

    Ah, the seldom-used blepayama yoga practice. Minimum five minutes a day is recommended.

        I love that idea. I live near the main NY Public Library, the one with the two large stone lions at the entrance. How about sitting next to one, practicing Butch’s technique?
