The snow is back!
I need a few minutes to recuperate after this particular “important animal image” I shall continue browsing after my brain starts functioning again.
Yay, virtual snow! (It was 24 degrees when I left this morning and my back hurts; I do not want the real stuff.)
I haven’t even looked at any links yet and you’ve already broken my brain. Well, even more than it already was from being at work…(I won’t say what I want to do with my neighbors electric stapler…)
I was listening to the Infinite Monkey Cage podcast on my way to work and the topic was animal sizes. They talked about dwarf elephant fossils found on an island. The adults were the size of today’s baby elephants and the babies were the size of puppies!
I’ve seen the picky pup video before. I wonder if every meal needs to be “properly prepared”…

I LOVE the dog who won’t eat his kibble until it’s “ prepared” like his human’s food. It’s wonderful that poor Dreidel was rescued.
Yes and yes. Gourmet dog’s dad really goes all out. Dreidel’s rescue has me verklempt.
I can’t believe Dreidel was in the street for a week!! Such a sweet baby! So glad he is okay now💕

Could that mama cat be any prouder? Not that I blame her, that’s an adorable kitten.
I get why people have miniature ponies and horses (pulling carts in mines) but I’m stumped as to why people felt that we need mini cows.

I have a friend whose cat is trying to supplement her big dumb slow kitten’s diet. I’ve been trying to convince him to pretend to gnaw on the dead rodents before disposing of them. They’re gifts, after all!

Is that what they call us? Not sure if that’s an insult or not. They probably have worse names for us.
Just one big “snifff” today from all the wonderful rescue stories. It does my heart good to know that there are still some decent people in the world. Don’t show my two the food prep video or they’ll be making demands! That is too dang funny. And yeah for the snow!!! It’s definitely starting to feel a lot like Christmas now.
