Mama bear and cubs wake up, stranded orca saved, sheep gets an overdue shave, and it’s concrete time!
And finally: Concrete Time!

Hmmm. Rolling around on concrete – we might be missing something. Well there are plenty of concrete sidewalks in NYC, although rolling around on one might get you a trip to an ER
Concrete time! Concrete time! Gotta love it.
So far it hasn’t hurt Bibi any.
If mama bear and her cubs are up, does that mean their den is free? Think they’d mind if I hibernate for a while?
Not a good day for a bunch of sleepy stories! I couldn’t get to sleep last night. Thank goodness they’re all so cute.
Concrete cat is fabulous. I’m saving everything else for later.
I might have gotten two hours of sleep last night…maybe.
I had an awful sleep as well… what is with Spring and lousy sleep? I think pollen, increased daylight and mold…
I want to know what that concrete SMELLS like!😆
I cannot imagine how that poor sheep was getting around with all that conglomeration of nasty, old fur!😳
Look at the pictures peeps!!
OMG those bears coming out of hibernation! The babies made me squee, until mom started “placing” them very carefully–then I laughed my head off.
Maybe the concrete is cool? That’s why kitty loves it so much. Or it’s got a wonderful smell. Oh my gosh, bear cubs are too dang cute. I’m with everyone else about going back to bed, was up and down all night. At least the dogs didn’t wake me up with any barking like they did 2 or 3 times last week. I love Edgar’s Mission! I subscribe to their emails and they do such amazing work for the animals. Sheep definitely found itself at the right place and will have an amazing life going forward. One of my bucket items is to go to Australia and volunteer at their rescue for a month or so.
Minnie was fascinated watching concrete cat, she just stared at the screen all the way through the video.
Uh oh–she’s getting ideas.
That poor sheep! I understand and admire the vegan opinion that humans shouldn’t exploit animals. However, we’ve been exploiting domestic animals like sheep and cows for so long, they can’t be comfortable without human intervention. Shearing and regular milking are necessary for their well-being.
