I’ve seen cats bark. I have confidence this little dust ball can learn.
Cute kitty, nice doggy but why are they under a car? That’s not a very good place to be for either of them.
I think the dog may have found the kitten there. If you go to the original link, there’s more about how doggo’s human is doing their best to get kitty into better shape, and at least one other Redditor has offered to help in some way, which I find heartening.

I, too, have heard cats “bark”, but only on the internets.
