No,🙄 duh.
To be fair to the cat, I don’t think it appreciated the surgery of having several things literally surgically implanted in its body. A microphone in its ear, a radio transmitter at the base of the skull and an antenna weaved into its fur.
After all that, be grateful that nobody got their eyes clawed out.
Sorry, but this is just plain animal cruelty.

Cat or not, who can think straight after literally undergoing brain surgery to implant a radio transmitter?
The brain is a complicated thing that we don’t even fully understand now. You can’t just stick radio transmitters in there and think it won’t affect even cat’s ability to reason and move properly.
