Last month, two very special visitors came to the Smithsonian Zoo in Washington, DC. Giant pandas Bao Li and Qing Bao have been settling into their new home, doing all the panda things their caregivers want to see: eating, exploring, and rolling around.

Pointy Thanksgiving!
Rico the prehensile-tailed porcupine is a popular critter at the Cincinnati Zoo, and with his puffy nose, beady eyes, and dainty claws, it’s easy to see why. But his cutest trait is the way he eats, and today he’s going to clean his Thanksgiving plate.
