The Girl with the Dogs notes that this pomeranian-chihuahua mix “might be the cutest dog I’ve ever seen in my life,” and with her freckles, superhero mask and fuzzy ears, Downie just might be. But her heartbreaking little whimper might be the cutest thing of all.
