    Can’t be a boa constrictor. There are no snakes at today’s event.

      I had to look up Pflugerville because this couldn’t be real. It is. The question then becomes how are you attuned to events in Pflugerville Texas. Inquiring minds want to know.

        Someone in my book-related facebook group posted it last night. I was saving it for the open thread tomorrow and was very excited to actually be able to use it on the day of the event in question. So thank you, Mike, for thinking boa constrictors.

      I REALLY hope that someone shows up with a snake-themed outfit. “Eve” in a nude body suit with a snap wrapped around her or a slytherin costume

    I saw a vid recently that featured a group of elephants. A woman was riding one and the elephant behind her kept goosing her backside. You could practically hear the childish giggles such was the expression on the perpetrators face! They are a fun loving ‘derm! 🐘🎶

    BTW, it’s not on the calendar, but according to the cafeteria menu at work, it is National Grilled Cheese day. I had mine on wheat.
