It was the early dawn, and Princess Goldie made her usual rounds through the castle, a routine that never varied, and yet always seemed new to her, as if it was the first time. Suddenly, she froze, her heightened senses aware of a new presence just outside the castle walls. The interloper’s face was warm and friendly, staring back at her with a passionate intensity. Could this be, she thought, the long-lost prince come to rescue her?

Gold Fish brain. ROFLOL. NTMTOM one of your best.
That happens when you have the brain the size of a lentil…
Yup!
Oh no! As someone whose theme song is “It Never Entered My Mind,” I identify with the romantically almost brainless.
Just another blond moment.
Sure most think this will end in tragedy, but I’d like to think this is the beginning of an “Incredible Journey meets Finding Dory” Disney adventure.
And I was just going to ask if the fish’s nickname was Dorie?!
Brilliant! This reminds me of a goldfish sketch by John Finnemore, posted (probably without permission) at:
Wow, that sketch was GREAT! I’ve never heard of this guy before, thanks for posting that!
John Finnemore’s humor gives me hope. I’m glad to have introduced you. Now I’ll have to find a way to give him a heads-up about NTMTOM.
Very Pythony. I enjoyed that. Thank you.
Got flash backs of that old Taxi sketch: What does a yellow light mean?
Kar,
This is one of my all-time favorite skits.
Ahh, Reverend Jim!
Like the classic “who’s on first?”?
Did anyone else notice his name is
Finn-e-more? Fin, get it?
Long- lost prince come to rescue her? Just like a Pisces would think!
Ha!
Nice!
Don’t worry, Princess, I’ve called the palace guard to protect you – a phalanx of Siamese fighting fish and the armored division (hermit crabs)!
Cat: if only the force field would give way. I’d be all over that.
