    The best part about this photo is that it was taken from inside the otter habitat. So it was for sure taken by another otter on his smartphone.

        Ha ha!!

        We both know that it would be better to be inside the Otter habitat. The only swimming position I can do reasonably well is the backstroke, so I would be totally cool with swimming on my back all day holding hands with otters.

    I am not sure as I have forgotten much over the years, but I think the message says “kaeteri”, something like “change is coming”.
    Maybe the Great SuperOtter is going to return and make some changes? 🙂
