What’s for Lunch?

I’m really craving Mexican food today. Think I’ll order a puppurito…

… with a side order of tacocat.

Huh…never wanted to snuggle with a taco before…

*gently stuffs kitty in a Taco Bell bag, sneaks off*

What? It’s lunchtime. So what if there’s no Taco Bell within a reasonable distance of my workplace.

That is actually a very cute costume! You’re gonna get caught one of these days, Allein!?

Whatever they do to me, it’ll be worth it.

For the record, I don’t participate in cat ‘nappings. The sneezing would give me away.

Both critters seem bemused by the lack of dignity their hoomins inflicted upon them.

My first thought on the first morsel was “Cannoli!” because of the black dots. Now I’m trying to master my cravings. It’s hard.

True; pup morsel resembles more a cannoli or manicotti than a burrito…

    • allein July 13, 2016 / 3:03 pm

Cannoli makes more sense, cuz he looks so sweet. 🙂

Tacocat is also the name of a band here in Seattle. As Wikipedia calls them “a feminist pop rock quartet”.

OMG! – I love me some long-haired, mini dachshunds! Especially the tummy rubs before the rolling-up.

    • allein July 13, 2016 / 1:41 pm

I just finally was able to watch the video…the back feets raised just before the rolling started is what got me.

      • 6rabbits July 13, 2016 / 2:56 pm

Allein, had to go watch again cos I missed the feets–too cute! Pup definately looks dubious about being called a sausage burrito–maybe hotdog burrito? (Anyone notice the lovely Aussie accent, btw?)

        • allein July 13, 2016 / 3:02 pm

Why, yes, I did notice the accent…

The side-eye at the end caught my eye – what a look! He’s sussing out the situation to try to best get out of this mess. Love those long-haired doxies. AND the wire-haired ones. AND the miniature ones. And….oh, hell you get the idea.

Such a trusting puppy. Just a tad worried Dad might not be kidding. Ya gonna eat that? Reaches for puppy and kitten and lobster bib.

    • Murray C. July 13, 2016 / 5:53 pm

That is ludicrously hysterical. Now I’ve caught it, what the hell do I DO with it?

    • Faye July 13, 2016 / 8:23 pm

Oh my god that is hilarious. Cosmo had no idea what the implications of success would be. Talk about unintended consequences. Staggering around like a furry drunk doughnut. Can somebody embed that PLEASE!

My reaction was that puppers looked very “What the h— just happened?”

Just wanted to say that after writing about Mexican food, I actually got a craving for some, so I treated myself to a taco and burrito. Yummy! :9

    • Faye July 13, 2016 / 11:04 pm

Any barking involved? Did you get to rub the Burrito’s belly?

      • Not That Mike The Other Mike July 13, 2016 / 11:10 pm

My burrito was too afraid to bark. You might say (puts on sunglasses) it was chicken.

        • Faye July 14, 2016 / 6:53 am

          Touché.

          • Murray C. July 14, 2016 / 12:34 pm

No touche the chicken? (I don’t know how to put the amigo accent on the “E”
