I don’t like to be a nuffer, but somebody needs to give that thirsty, hot, pup some water. That was sad to watch.
I think he’s giving b-r-o-a-d hints that the hoomin is too dense to read.
If puppers could use a smartphone, maybe hoomin would get it.
Here’s an alternate theory: The pup is rubbing all over the textured surface of the kiddie pool because it feels good. And perhaps the pool got filled shortly after the video was taken.
That was my first thought. He’s scratching his belly!

Aw, give that poor dog some water. I am sure his hoomin did just that after they took video of his cute way of hinting he’d like to swim.
Sometimes I wonder at the fact that 30 seconds of a dog just rubbing himself against something can make me happy.
