The “Fighting Pretty” boxing gloves are familiar to me. Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery!
Thank you and welcome! I’m only recovering from not enough sleep last night, so I’ll share your good wishes with one and all. đ
Fortunately, I do not have cancer. Glossybox and Fighting Pretty did a collaborative box that you could buy and the proceeds went to Fighting Pretty.
Good news that this promo did not strike close to home for you. It was lovely promo for those in need and for those who wanted to show that they cared. Now with my concerns put to rest, I can get back on topic: I love that adorable bunny! So cute, soft and fluffy! I want to cuddle it and pet its little nose! – – Susan
The disapproval is strong with this one. That side eye is killing m.
I think that might have more to do with bunny eyes being on the side!?

Love it! I was trying to come up with a “waterfront” pun for the title, but I didn’t think of “watercress” so I gave up.
Well, I hope you had a lot of fun last night!
Hahaha. On The Watercress. Priceless.
Perfect! đ
The nose. It’s grey. Soft, grey, woffling bunny nose.
Yes. Yes it is.
I may be the only one, but I am disturbed that the gloves are on the wrong side. Cute bun though.
I KNEW something about the pic was bothering me! Adorable bun distracted me!
I was wondering about that, but since I know nothing about such things I let it slide.
I saw that too! My coach wouldn’t approve of that.
She’s a baby bun boxing for the first time. She’s going to make mistakes ;)! Truthfully, though, she kept moving and I kept having to put the gloves back on her, so I just threw them on as fast as I could whenever she would sit still and didn’t really pay attention to whether it was the right side. Oops.
She is SO cute!
It is a beautiful bun. And boxing aside, a bunneh can give a pretty good kick punch to the side, with their strong back legs. Maybe the gloves should be for the hind legs.
They can punch with their front legs, too. I had a shelter bunny rear up on its hind legs and sock me with a mean right hook. Bunny’s way of telling me he wasn’t up for cuddles that day đ
I’ve seen wild bunnies fight standing up, batting at each other with their front feet! Then one will run and turn ready for the next onslaught. It’s sorta funny. ?
In a serious fight, there’s lots of rolling around on the ground, slashing at tummies with back feet nails, and biting each other…HARD. Harrowing.âšī¸
Yes! And the fur literally flies! My two girls hate each other. They are sisters and both revealed themselves to be dominant when their hormones hit. We had hoped it would settle down after they were spayed but no luck. We’ve tried various methods of re-bonding them over the years but to no avail. We just keep them physically separated. The few fights that have happened were indeed harrowing and I was hysterical which didn’t help matters. Imagine a Tasmanian Devil rolling around the floor in a blur only it’s your two previously sweet and lovely buns locked in a death grip and giant clouds of fur flying around. I was amazed they didn’t have any bald spots when we checked them over for injuries.
I’ve bonded enough buns to see that – and there’s always enough fur left to create another bunny. I put two in the bath tub once – as per The House Rabbit Society’s instructions – and instead of grabbing the girl bun, the boy sunk his teeth into the webbing in my hand between the thumb and index finger. I pulled my hand up with him still attached – hurt like h**l!?
We had some success with using the car. Their dislike and distress over being in the car had distracted them from their drive to dominate and sometimes they would even lay together for brief periods. Unfortunately it got familiar enough that their distress no longer distracted them. Once at the vet (for a well visit) my one girl got over her distress enough to jump into the others carrier and hump her sister so hard that she broke off her sister’s toenail deep enough to bleed, require an xray and a bandaged foot!
Looks soooo familiar …
(Yes .. I’m that old that I remember seeing this when it aired originally.)
