There is an unspoken shame too long unaddressed: piñata bullying. Each year, thousands of piñatas are mercilessly beaten until they crack. But you can help. By standing in solidarity with our piñata brothers and sisters, we can show society that they are not alone. So make a difference. Be a piñata buddy.
Luv Bunny writes: “Here’s a photo of our daughter’s other bunneh, Lancelot. You posted her smaller bun, Leonardo D’Vinci. Lance is very inquisitive about this piñata.”
Thank you, Mike, for bringing this shameful social issue to light. Everyone deserves love. Even papier-mâché animals full of delicious, delicious candy… Mmm…
Mike, (since this pic was taken last month and in line with what you wrote) the funny thing is our daughter didn’t beat the pinata. She carried it around at the party and later just pulled the plug to empty the candy. Guess she agrees with your unspoken shame to pinatas. However, Lancelot had get a few chews in on the hapless pinata.
Good for her! A piñata party pacifist! She sounds like a sweet and gentle soul!
The last time I was at a party with a pinata, the kids all took their swing and then they had to pull the plug anyway because no one managed to break it.
Nope. Too cute to whack. Your daughter is very wise.
