        According to the page on Imgur, it’s a makeshift cone of shame. Perhaps the actual cone of shame wasn’t considered humiliating enough.

      Oh yes, one of the best groups to emerge from New York’s “new wave” scene in the late 70’s. One of my favorites, although I hardly ever listen to music from that era any more.
