There was a very scary incident on the campus where I work this morning, so among all the heavy news I’m staying on top of today, it’s wonderful to have some cute news links in the mix. Thanks, Mike! <3

Scary for sure, Claire. This is a great place to be in scary/sad/bad times. Of course, it’s great in good times, too!

Glad to know you are ok! We were keeping tabs on your events up here in Cleveland.
Oh dear, are you at Ohio State? I’m glad you are safe.

I haven’t heard too much about it except what I saw on the TV at PT today – thank goodness no one was killed – glad you’re OK, Claire and I’ll have to see the outcome in the paper tomorrow morning.
Thanks, everyone. Yes, I work at Ohio State. It was quite scary sheltering in place for almost 2 hours without much information on what was actually happening. Fortunately it was all contained relatively quickly, and all the victims are expected to survive. Considering it happened in one of the busiest parts of campus right near the north residence halls, things could have been much worse.

Never heard of a babirusa before. Love learning about new animals.

Me, too – what an interesting looking pig. And only one! I imagine that’s because of the mom being in captivity.
Loved the dog putting the blanket over the baby – amazing that it could conceive that this little hairless thing needed a blankie!
“On Chovies!’ Ok, now I am kinda craving a Caesar salad whilst giggling. 😀
They’re not gonna try this with bunnies at Easter are they?
I think the Bunnies Union has a long-term contract with Cadbury’s to deliver chocolate eggs. So pizza’s out unless they can get a waiver.
Whew.
I love “On Chovies”, too!
I can’t pick a favorite link–they’re all so good.

Claire, are you at Ohio State? So sorry for the horror.

I love the further adventures of the frog and his snail pals!
The cat in the car reminded me of being seasick.
