Tales from the Dog Squad

It was 9:42 AM when the call came down to Narcotics Division: Police reports said a gang of cats were running an illegal catnip ring out of a garage on 12th and Maple. In order to get the evidence we’d need to shut them down, my partner and I would need to spend long hours on stakeout. Fortunately, our advanced training allowed us to conceal ourselves without a trace.

(Whatever you do, don’t sneeze.)

Snerk! Reminds me of the old Dragnet and Adam-12 shows. I can almost hear Jack Webb’s voice narrating – It was a Monday, February 6 and it was cool in Los Angeles. I was working day watch out of Narcotics ….

To be precise, they remind me of Thomson and Thompson from “The Adventures of Tintin”!

Don’t open the gate, no matter what the noses say.
