Expressive Shiba Inu and especially hedgehog are totes adorbs, sweet police cat refreshing considering NYPD’s many problems, and I prefer to think that Red Panda is simply overjoyed at being reunited with rock.

The escaping doggie was terrific. What a smart fella. And like Caz I thought the other doggie’s face was priceless.
Are we sure there wasn’t a bug on that rock? Cuz that panda’s reaction is exactly what I do when I find a creepy crawler.
