From time to time, Maru sharpens his skills in the training bathtub. Today he must do battle with the elusive jumping string mouse. Victorious, Maru parades his prize proudly into the winner’s circle.
Thanks to our main Maru man, Andrew Y.

He looks like he’s preparing a crust for a mouse pizza.
Spot on! I’ve never seen Maru look so determinedly predatory! And hungry for Mouse Pizza.
That leg action at the end – WOW!
I kept expecting this to happen:
That poor dog! It’s like the movie “The Hand”. It seems to me that he has some deep psychological? trouble or physical, like a brain synapse missing? Very strange!
Good to hear from you again, Duckie.
Bravo, Maru! We have the same strategy for exercise: run around for 30 seconds, then relax for 2 hours!
Allein, now I’m picturing a chain of Maru-branded pizza places making food just for kitties.
I bet it would sell.
Excellent idea, since pizza is “maru” shaped >:3
I just had to google Maru pizza…there is a restaurant in Flushing, NY called Pizza Maru. 🙂

I wonder if she threw that white cloth down because she knew Maru would “knead” in triumph after catching the dastardly mouse of the bathroom!
That’s not a white cloth, that’s his kneading pillow, we’ve seen it in many videos before.
