Shout-out today goes to new monthly contributor B. G. Thank you so much! If you’d like to help keep the lights on, use the links to the right to leave a one-time or monthly tip. And now, let’s check in with Timo the cat, who thinks these cherries are the bomb. (via Paul P.)
Hee, hee! GORgeous cat! and I do love the music.
Cherries + pointy bits + light colored cushions = I hope they used Scotch-Gard!
That last shot of the cherries on the floor is like a beautiful still-life.
That was my first thought.
Cherries. White Couch. Inevitable Sadness.
Me too. Cherry stains. One cronchie is all it takes.
Love the kitty and the flooring.
It’s porch furniture, so I think it’s safe.
Not really. It will stain, they just don’t care!
No kidding! I kept waiting for a dark juicy smear! Yikes!
me, too!
Smartypants: perhaps Cezanne had a cat?
Sounds plausible – let’s give Timo some apples and see what he comes up with.
If the earth were flat cats would have knocked everything off the edge long ago…including us.
No kidding .. I wish the cats would hurry up and prove that
Gravity is a harsh mistress already ..
(It’s never the fall that gets you .. It’s the dirt poisoning that gets ya
Oh, Catlander….that was great!
hahaha, so true 🙂
Was I the only person who read “Cherry Amour” as “Cherry Armour”? Maybe I need a vacation.
Hurrah for Timo! Such a big floofster with beautiful cataloons.
Ni, I also read Cherry Armour 🙂
I mean “no”, not “ni” – I am not one of those knights even if I do appreciate a good shrubbery every now and then 🙂
(just too tired to type)
Count me in.
Wow! Lots happening here.
I kept waiting for juice to hit, not the couch, but the cat. I wondered what cherry juice would look like on all that floof.
Gravity test confirms gravity still operational.
Cherries harder to roll on the couch than on the floor, and more concern-causing, therefore, no cherry rolling on the floor.
Does Timo maybe think the cherries are mouse-like? Plump body and long thin tail? LOVE how he delicately plucks each one from the container.
At the end, he seems to say, “My work here is done,” and saunters off, casually and floofily, with a last tail flirt under the table.
I love how cats don’t say the f word when they drop something 🙂
Yeah, but they meow it. 🙂
Because they LOVE to drop (our) stuff.
I loved that title. For those of you who are too young to remember, Stevie Wonder did “Cherie Amour”.
Timo has a most generous human who will let him play with cherries on a white sofa. (I was waiting for a splat!)
And, he has the most epic toe floof ever.
*Knocks container of cherries onto the floor*–“Well, my work here is done.” 😀
