Great game! Bunny loved being faked out too.
No offense intended, I did not know buns were that smart. What else do they know?

They do agility with buns! I always have said that bunnies are as smart as they need to be.
I thought this would be a great way to get your leaves ground up! Better put my buns to work!

My bunnehs always liked playing with leaves, then eating some of them. I hope that encloseure is just an outdoor play area and not the bun’s permanent home. It at least needs a place to hide in and a covering to protect it from prey animals and birds.

She has a facebook page (of course) and appears to have an indoor pen as well, so I’m guessing this is just for playing outside. (There’s a very sweet video of “early morning pets”; you can only see part of her pen but it is clearly indoors.)
The description on the youtube video says “Bun Bun is a rescue bunny, abandoned on a country road and left to fend for herself. She now has a loving home where she likes to run, play, graze on nummy clover and yes, destroy all dem leaves.”
(Also, don’t read the comments on the youtube video. It’s a war of bunny breeders arguing over whether she’s actually playing or distressed. Each one has 10 more years of bunny breeding experience than the last! [I’ll fully admit that I don’t know enough about buns to have an opinion on bunny body language.])

I think if the bun was distressed it would either be thumping or doing something else de-stressing. This posture IS used when buns fight each other, but clearly the bun knows there’s no other bun around. Many buns do like to play and chew leaves.
Love how bunny stood up, ready to mulch.

Good to know 🙂
I’m trying to make a practice of skipping YouTube comments in general – so often it turns into a ‘Battle of the Nuffers’. Even Mugumogu isn’t safe!
(adding) bunny looks like it’s having fun to me.
Now I want to go see what the heck people say about Mugumogu!
Bunbun looked SO happy! That was adorable.
Have we seen this before? It looks strangely familiar, or perhaps my memory is even more unreliable than I thought…
Once Dog. Once Cat.
I think it was featured at Cute Overload way back when. I know I had seen it before as well.
Best bunny video ever! So cute.
I don’t recall seeing this before. It’s pretty darn cute watching bunneh play.
