With bellies full of food, it’s time to crawl into bed…
… if you can even make it that far.
Hope you had a good Thanksgiving, Sharon H.

As a retail worker on Black Friday, may I just state I needed this. Kind of a lot, really.
That being said, Mike, I’m sending you the bill for my funeral because the cute has killed me ded!
Are we sure those are food comas and not drunken stupors?
Yes. They’re too young to drink.
Warm milk can do that to you, so they’re not too young to drink.
??
You knew it was coming . . .
That was me last night. But not nearly as cute.
Yep, Mike is gonna have to pay up for killing us all with adorableness today. Those bull dog pups take my breath away and the poor puss – I want to help so much.
Today I had to teach at the Y – for THE LAST TIME!!! I am officially retired as an aquatic aerobics instructor. My certification was coming up and I really didn’t relish going through that again – I turned 70 last birthday – and I want my time to be my OWN! There is much to be done. I will still participate at the Y and now I can pick and choose what classes I’d like to go to – YAY! My class gave me a very nice party – a very nice send-off. I probably should’ve waited to tell you the ’til tomorrow but I’m too jazzed to keep it to myself any longer.
Job well done and happy ‘retirement’ Murray C– what does one say on such an occasion–noodles and water dumbbells away! 🙂
? That’s as good a phrase as any! Tho’ I expect to get back in the pool to exercise on my own. Love the water. But thank you, FKA!
I feel like it’s been very quiet around here today. I guess we’re all in food comas..
(I just ate the leftovers I brought home a little while ago.)
