Can a fake catnap nab a real meal?
Here’s a clever bengal kitty craving some of mommy’s fried chicken, but how to steal it right under her nose? It’s a situation calling for strategy, subterfuge — and sleepiness. At first, the cat tries the innocent yawn-and-stretch technique; don’t mind me, I’ll just take a nap here… goodness me, is that chicken? When that ruse fails, kitty tries something more convincing. Will it work? Press play and find out!

Kitty is beautiful, theft is adorable.
I won’t comment on woman grabbing kitty around the neck.
No touchie da chickie!
That was my subject line when I sent it to NTMTOM. LOL!!
I was expecting a sudden violent lunge and a triumphant exit behind the computer and off the table.
YES!!! I hope so!!! That sadistic cat owner deserves losing her lunch.
LADY, LET KITTY HAVE THE CHICKEN ALREADY!!! Hoe cruel to tease the hungry kitty – how can the woman eat without sharing with the cat?!?!?
Don’t move the kitty (def not that way), move the chicken.
Of course, then there would be no video to hopefully potentially go semi-sorta-kinda-viral-ish, and (singsong) I’m FA-MOUS!!
Gorgeous adorable kitty, though.
Lady, I hope somebody puts your favorite food six inches from your face and keeps grabbing you by the neck when you try to eat it. Jeez, get some sense.
The cat is beautiful. The human is not. Kitty was going to get the bones once the human was finished? SHARE THE CHICKEN!!! We keep them from catching their own tasty birds. At least we can share ours with them.
This was just a cruel set up. The mean ol’ lady wasn’t eating it, just torturing her cat putting it inches from his face. How about someone doing that to her, and grabbing her by the neck repeatedly, oh and better yet filming it for laughs and votes!
By the first roll-over-so-sleepy-paw-just-accidentally-touched-the-chicken, I would be cooing and chopping up morsel sized amounts to hand feed him, while constantly asking if he wanted more. What a sweetie!
I understand the nuffing and the downvotes, but golly, that kitty was so cute and so SMART.
Let’s hope his mom figures out more effective strategies for dealing with a Bengal, because they’re reputedly not easy cats. Too many get abandoned when owners don’t know how to deal with them.
Cat is gorgeous. Hoomin needs a spanking.
