Welcome to the audition, Mr, ah… (checks resume) Bunny. Now, I don’t know how much your agent told you, but today you’ll be reading for the part of “lettuce-eating rabbit.” So when you’re ready, just hop up to the microphone and give us some really good, clear munching, thanks.
So cute!!!! Munch munch munch…….
You can tell he’s a pro. Crunches right into the microphone.
“Could I do another take please? I’ve got superior munching skills!”
Good job Bunny.
I’d say the bun got the part, wonder how many tries it took. I’ve always enjoyed hearing my buns munching on their greens and hay and slurping from their water bowls. The dutchie seems to have a noticeable arch to its’ back. Also see how the dutchie matches the color of the mic. Wonder if the other decor in the residence is clear as black and white?
Similar thoughts here, Luv Bunny! machinks on the bun and mike (not that mike) I love watching and listening to my buns’ inhaling their greens – and then to be close enough to smell parsley on their breath – heaven.
Such a sweet bunny. For once no major signs of disapproval (I know! Just shocking!). Really wonder what’s the back story here since this looks like a pro set up. Was someone taping sound effects for a movie and thought “Oooh, I need a bunny munching away for the scene at 1:35:16 for 2 minutes.” Pretty cute and such a pro.
Hilarious commentary, Mike!
Why is it that I can’t stand to hear people eating (crunching, munching, slurping, or heaven forbid, chewing with their mouth open) yet when animals do it I find it adorable?
Dana, I’m in the same boat, yet I’m the sloppiest eater imaginable (living alone for too long!).
Adorable bunbun.
This is me if you substitute pasta for lettuce.
Is it a bit part or a bight part?
I was waiting for him to go get the bit he dropped. Was not disappointed.
Me, too! Like waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Me three. I was curious if bun would sniff out the stray piece. I only know dog behavior where no piece of food is left behind. Ever.
Me four!
Interesting commentary from YouTuber: “We labeled it “ASMR” in case some viewers would enjoy the eating sounds he makes – we certainly think his chewing could be considered relaxing. What is ASMR? ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response and is used to describe an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. In short, it’ that feeling of getting “the chills.” Maybe his eating will trigger you to feel it, who knows? Or maybe he will just put you right to sleep.”
Some sound editor will probably file that and use it years from now, boosted and with added sounds (gravel creating under tires, stick run along a picket fence, who knows) to make the sound of alien monsters crunching up human bones.
