I thought the beaver tail had to be a melon and they were trying to fool us.?

The howling/barking chain reaction is a brilliant idea . How funny are dogs! I would love to know what they were all thinking. Is it just acknowledgment of the other dog(s) and announcement of your own presence?
Chain reaction got Millie’s attention. No ooowooo though.

I used to howl outside when I lived in San Francisco and I always got a chain reaction from all the dogs around – way in the distance you could hear all these dogs take up the chorus!
Love all the kitty stories. Now that I have a one-eyed bunny I’m even more sympathetic to disabled creatures.

I needed to hear stories about human kindness. Wonderful hoomins to help animals in need!
The doggie chain reaction is spectacular. Such smart canines!

Off topic, but…
One of my neighbours lost her budgie last week. He was over ten years, and she said he just fell asleep and didn’t wake up.
Yesterday, I got home from church and found an email from her. All it contained was a picture of two baby budgies. Obviously I went up to see. Now Little Blue and Big Bird have a new home, and my neighbour is no longer saying good night to an empty cage.
And I have two new brats to play with and love.

Awww – love this story. And wow, 10 years for a budgie. That’s amazing and shows what good care she gave him. Give the new babies some scritches and kisses from me.

I hear when that Lego framework rolls, it plays “Everything is Awesome.”
Animal x-rays are so cool.
