Go for it. I’m very pale but a brunette. Works for me.

You and me both. I’m very light olive skin (dad was Greek, mom was very fair British/Canadian) and yet I had the dark hair. Made a nice contrast but somehow it went together. On the other hand, some people liked to tease me by calling me Morticia. I would have preferred Elvira but didn’t have the cleavage for it.

My dad is half Sicilian but he did not get his skin tone from that side, apparently. His other half is English or Irish. My mom’s side is Irish and German. Sunscreen is my friend.

Sunscreen companies love me ’cause I keep them in business. I usually have about 3 or 4 bottles at a time handy (house, car, purse, etc) and being in SoCal I slather it on daily. My other best friend is a Chinese parasol, or as I like to call it “my portable shade”.

My mom has a bright pink kid-size umbrella that she uses in the sun.
Put that thing back on whatever trophy it escaped from right this instant!

They’re so exotic, they look like they belong to some Star Trek/Marvel Universe amoral Collector’s menagerie.

If you look up platinum blonde in the dictionary, there’s a picture of this horse.

the thirteen year old who lived in a less-PC world is snickering at old blonde jokes.
As I’d rather not get fired by NBC, I will resist.

My favorite horse from my TV-watching childhood was ‘Buck’, ridden by Lorne Greene in Bonanza, and James Arness in Gunsmoke. I loved that Buck (a ‘buckskin’) was sort of like a palomino, but with a darker mane and tale, rather than ‘blond’. I wanted Buck soooo bad.
:ahem: Um, having said all that, I say go for it, little one! It’s a great look!
Go for it. You look mahvalous, darling

After all, “umbrella” means “a little shade”!
Hmm, hard to say… maybe we can get a shot from another angle first? Can’t make heads or tails of it.
Ooof.
I’m sure she’d look great either way:
