  Yes they are very curious. I know from first hand experience, when we were at my aunts in New Brunswick my mom hung my pretty new 6th birthday red party dress to dry in the backyard. There was a field just on the other side of the fence close enough to the clothes line for a cow that got curious about my dress to stretch her neck over the fence and chew it to shred. Funnily I didn’t get mad at the cow, I got mad at my mom for hanging it to close to the fence. LOL!!

  I love the video I saw once of a girl playing accordion (if memory serves!) in the pasture. All the cows came running! (Notice…they ran towards the sound, not away!)

    Yes, and I’ve seen other musicians – a pianist for one – playing for cows and other animals, too. I like that we’re learning more and more about animals and how smart they are.

Thank you, every one, for birthday wishes and encouragement.
Lung doc thinks I won’t get worse. This will be determined by blood work and CT scan next month. We don’t know what getting better looks like just yet, but not getting worse looks like today.
