The squirrel pictures were beautiful – and entertaining! The homeless man reunited with his pet rat was wonderful. They were both so happy.

Anybody else having problems posting comments? I typed a comment earlier and when I hit submit, it popped up with some error message (sorry Mike, don’t remember what it was) and even after reloading the page, poof the comment disappeared.
Anyhoos … great links today. Glad that the man and his rat were reunited, very sweet. And, as for the cat, I think he might need a (re)boot.
When you saw the error message, was the page mostly white, without any of the normal page layout? If so, I think I know what that is, and it’s random and thankfully rare.

I think so. Also, it happened while I was using Chrome. I’m using Foxfire now and so far no problems. Good to know it only happens on rare occasions.

I loved all the links today! 💕
Aside from the total cuteness of the cat theives, the photo quality capturing their stealth paws and claws was very good!
(But I have to admit that when the claw snagged the pizza and dragged it over the keyboard I did a little shudder!! )

I love travelling kitties.
The owl & duck article has a slide show of other bird photos in it and they are fantastic. 🙂

Waaah–I used up my free Washington Post articles for April, so no squirrel pix for me!
Laughed myself silly over the cat thief photos. This is what happens if you leave food, yarn, or unspun wool alone in my house. (Somebody got into my knitting last night.)
Congrats to the man and his rat. They looked so happy to be back together.

P.S. Don’t let Maru see the system error kitties. He’d be so jealous of the floppy cat’s box.

Floppy cats are the new fainting goats.

I agree!
Love the traveling kitties and their hoomin, who’s a wonderful photographer as well as a great cat daddy.

How great that the man and his rat are reunited! Bored Panda ran the story, but without a resolution. And finding out that it was an innocent misunderstanding, not willful theft, makes it better too.

Everytime I see a Kakapo post I’m reminded of this gem:
