Sharing is Caring, Maru

Ever the singular, solitary cat, Maru will always choose to be in a box alone rather than sharing, even if that box is too small for him (which it never is). However, self-isolation bores him after a while, and he casts his covetous eye on the box Hana occupies. After a brief but forceful skirmish, the two reach a peaceful settlement.

I will never be the same after reading “Maru put his buttocks in it forcefully,” Andrew Y.

Hana is so good-natured and nothing ever seems to faze her. I’m guessing that comes from having such a nutjob of a sibling. πŸ˜‹

I’m sure she’d seen it all by her first birthday.

I feel we may see a way forward to World Peace here. We could use the picture of the two of them in the box together on posters.

It’s like Tocktober in May! Maybe we need an 11th commandment: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s box.

OH, Deb, I seriously misread your last sentence in reference to your first.
I thought it said “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s tocks.”

Well, that’s a good one, too!

Actually, it says ‘forcibly’ not ‘forcefully’.

Not that this makes a great deal of difference…
