    Thanks, all, for your comfort and good wishes. Ursula is gone now, after being with me for 17 years. I’ve got the day off to cry and get used to the house without her. It feels empty with only 6 cats.

      I’m so very sorry for your loss, DebG. You take all the time you need to cry. I am sure Ursula knew how much she was loved, even if she was cat-like enough not to show it all the time. My heartfelt sympathy.
