“Pardon me, but my son Rollo informs me that several of you ruffians have been taunting him that he, and I am quoting you directly, ‘eats his own boogers.’ I would like you to know that thanks to positive, values-centered life coaching he now has that problem relatively under control, and I expect a full apology and retraction at once!”
Yeah, that should settle it, Sharon H.
“….he has that problem relatively under control..”!!
That little face has me ded. And mom is so pretty too.
Her ear! Looks like she’s dealt with a few ruffians in her day.
It looks like she was a feral cat at some point in her life. That clipped ear is a marker to let people know she/he? has been caught, fixed, and given shots, so that he/she does not need to be caught again. So actually… is that mommy and kitty?… nevermind… Story is great! 🙂
A charity in my area operates free cat spay/neuter clinics once a month, and they clip an ear to mark each cat they process.
Not sure how else a cat could deal with boogers.
Wet paw, wipe away? Hmm … no, I think you may be right. Could be the only option.
Gorgeous mom, adorable kitlet.
Wet paw, wipe onto paw, lick paw = eating boogers in my book.
Mine sneezes on me occasionally, so I guess he deals with boogers that way.
True story: my giant black cat Gaufie, long departed but still beloved, once sneezed and a booger the size of a lima bean came out his nose. It was like a mustache of snot. Before I could even move to get a tissue, he stuck out his tongue and gobbled it up. I laughed until I cried.
Such lovely markings and sweet faces!
Ok, total thread-jack from these beauties but I have pictures of my Alaska trip!!!!
Here’s the link to the albums on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/183492261@N07/albums. Enjoy!
Thanks. Great cruise pictures Whales!
Ooooh! Thanks for sharing!
Gorgeous pics!
Lovely! I really liked the antlers on Nagley’s store – they looked like two eagles encountering one another.
I want to kiss Rollo’s little pink nose (after wiping it).
At least they didn’t compare him to a bedbug. We’d hear no end of that.
Hee hee I see what you did there!
lol, can you believe he then wrote a column about it that made things way worse?!
Little Rollo, being a tri-color (dilute calico), is probably a girl.. still a total squeeeeeeeeee!
