Cat loves fuzzy fruit, dog invades neighbor bath, parakeet in sink, and grumpy frog, among other stuff.
And finally: Bird Bath

Now I have Rain King by Counting Crows stuck in my head…
Super high-quality linkage this morning! Two excellent Peach jokes! And ah, the fearsome rain frog!
Can’t read the airport cat story…I get a big ‘subscribe’ thing covering the page, and when I close it, it just goes to the site’s homepage. 🙁
Here’s another article about the airport cat, with video!
Thanks, Mike! You rock!
I’ll have to watch video later but Stitches looks so sweet. I’d probably miss my flight!
I would totally miss my flight to pet Stitches. What a darling!
(And now I have Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” in my head…)
Mike, thanks for finding a new Link. I knew I’d get the subscribe ad if I’ve read too many articles in a month but didn’t realize the same thing would happen to other people.

Yes, Peaches and Herb – I see what you did there. 😁 I can think of worse addictions to have than peaches.😋 And finally, to judgmental rain frog: whatever it is I did, I’m so sorry and I promise not to do it again.😩
It’s hard to take them too seriously when you realize they sound like squeaky toys…
Love the rain frog. If you put eyes and a squeaker on a poop, you’d have a rain frog. Maybe I should get some for my next litter box cake!
The parrot looks so happy! I didn’t realize birds rolled on their backs like dogs.
So excited about the TS Eliot shout out! I seriously cannot eat a peach without quoting The Wasteland, so it’s great to meet a fellow poetry nerd.
There’s so many lines I quote from The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock – “Let us go then you and I when the evening is spread out against the sky like a patient etherized upon the table.” Is that not one of the greatest opening lines ever??? I had to write an analysis of the poem in one of my college English classes so bits and pieces are still rattling around in my head but it’s still one of my favorite poems. And for anyone who wishes a daily dose of poetry, you can sign up at The Poetry Foundation (https://www.poetryfoundation.org/newsletter) for their newletter.
Rain Frog probably pissed about climate change! I agree!
Shared Doggos! I wish. And that bird has a better shower set up than I do. Really old bathroom!
