“How is my back end all the way back there?!”
Allein, I frequently ask myself that question, but in a different context.
Today I’m seriously down, but I’m going to share a good in case it helps others. Duckie has been saying a word for several weeks, but I didn’t recognize it. When she utters a certain note that sounds like a question, I respond with “yeah?” and she says “yeah?” back, but I thought it was just a sound until I listened carefully last night? She’s definitely imitating me. Small smile.
🙂
😀🐥
That’s so great! She loves you.
So sorry you are down Duckie. Ha that sounds like it should be duck down. Sorry you are all soft and fuzzy Duckie?
A small, but powerful little story. Tx for that. 😁
Yay. Double Duckie conversation.
Long cat is lllllloooooonnnnnnnggggggg.
I remember there was a slinky dog, was there a slinky cat? The timing on that picture was just right.
Duckie, i’m sure it makes you feel good to have your duckie imitating you but beware, now you’ll have to be more careful of what you say – lol.
The next thing she hears most is hubby snoring. That would be hilarious.
You’re reminding me of a beloved David Sedaris sketch, where he’s talking to his sister’s bird.
What kind of bird is lil Duckie? I’ve forgotten.
