Maru Muffins are easy to make, because the main ingredient climbs right into the muffin pan for you. The most important step is to select the properly sized muffin pan. If it’s the right size, you get those lovely bits of Maru spilling over the sides, but if it’s too large, your muffin will look under-baked, as Hana demonstrates.
Either those pans are getting smaller or Maru’s getting larger, Andrew Y.
