June 17: Man, this fishing and camping trip has been a blast! The fish practically jump into the boat, and our guide knows all of the best places to pitch a tent for the night. He’s a quiet fella, don’t talk too much, but the locals say he knows the area better than anyone. Which is really important, because they say wolves come out at night, and I’d hate to meet up with them.
Do I hear banjo, Sharon H.?
I’m not sure what’s funnier, the dog in the rain jacket or the guy in the back drinking straight from the bottle. You know it’s either a really bad trip or it’s really cold if you’re belting one back while in the boat.
And, for your morning earworm

That was a great scroll-down. 😀
We live on a dead end road in the woods, and I always joke that the farther down the road you go, the louder the banjo music gets. We’re not too far down the road, luckily.
LOL!
Dog clearly takes his job seriously.
It’s the sound of squealing pigs you REALLY need to worry about…
I’ve been camping near where they filmed Deliverance. It’s where my scout troop held their canoe trip.
Also, I’m the guy drinking straight from the liquor bottle. Like, spiritually.
I love the concept of drinking straight from the bottle, spiritually.
