Good afternoon, fellow boxaholics. This meeting of the Society for Sitting in Boxes will come to order. Our newest initiate, Miri, will now give a presentation entitled Boxes: Not Just for Sitting But Did You Know You Can Also Play in Them Ooh Look a Stick!
Like a pesky little sister, Miri keeps trying to annoy Maru, but he won’t take the bait.

I wonder what presents they got for Christmas >:3
It always fascinating to me how Maru elegantly steps out of a carton drink box, he just kind of walk out of it, no wiggling no effort.
Miri is a wonderful addition. I love the first video – Maru and Hana relaxing side-by-side in their boxes and Miri a Mexican jumping bean in hers. Maru is so patient with her. Are adult cats normally so patient with marauding kittens?
Isn’t every day Boxing Day in Maru land?
I am in love with Miri; she’s so freakin’ adorable.
Gosh, I love these three so much. It’s wonderful how Hana is now chillin’ in boxes just like her big bro. Maru is a zen master; nothing bothers him. And, Miri is the funniest – definitely a Mexican jumping bean!
Oh, and Mugumogu must be a monk I’ve decided. How can any regular person refrain from laughing out loud filming such antics.
Miri is a hysterical kitten! Were Maru and Hannah like that as kits? I remember Hannah playing but not being wound to the nth degree like Miri. Seeing the 2 older cats just lay there while Miri bounds about is too funny. I loved Maru’s loooong stretch!
Hana also loved to play with Maru’s tail when she was little, but I don’t think she was nearly as amped up as Miri. Here is Hana as wee little one, and it’s one of my favorite videos. How Maru doesn’t even flinch is beyond me.
Apparently Maru is patient with all kittens.
Maru’s paws are almost as big as Miri’s head.
